2. Booking Policy
- All bookings made through STU Holidays Pvt. Ltd. are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the full payment or the minimum deposit as specified.
- You must provide accurate personal and travel information. STU Holidays is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect data.
3. Payments
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or other accepted methods listed on our website.
- Full payment or a minimum deposit (as applicable) must be made to confirm the booking.
- Final balance must be paid by the deadline mentioned in your booking confirmation. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without notice.
4. Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing at support@stuholidays.com. The following cancellation charges will apply:
- Time Before Departure Refund Amount
- 31 days or more 90% of total amount
- 15 to 30 days 50% of total amount
- 7 to 14 days 25% of total amount
- Less than 7 days No refund
- No-show or same-day cancel No refund
Please Note:
- Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after receiving your written request.
- Transaction fees, taxes, and non-refundable deposits (such as flight tickets, visa fees, etc.) will be deducted.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Components
Some services are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation timeline, including:
- Flight tickets (as per airline policy)
- Visa processing charges
- Travel insurance
- Attraction tickets or event passes
- Hotel reservations with non-refundable conditions
STU Holidays-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases, STU Holidays may cancel a trip due to:
- Natural calamities
- Political unrest
- Low participation (for group tours)
Operational or safety concerns
In such cases, clients will be offered:
- A full refund OR An option to reschedule or apply the amount to a future booking
Note: We are not liable for additional costs you may have incurred such as visa fees, insurance, or airfare booked outside our packages.
5. Amendment Policy
- Any change in travel dates, participant names, or itinerary must be requested in writing.
- Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Airline ticket changes are subject to the airline’s change policy.
6. Travel Documents and Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, insurance, and other necessary documentation.
STU Holidays is not responsible for any denial of boarding, entry refusal, or related losses due to missing or invalid documents.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes:
- Trip cancellation coverage
- Medical expenses
- Baggage loss
- Emergency evacuation
- STU Holidays is not liable for any losses that may have been covered by insurance.
8. Limitation of Liability
STU Holidays acts as an agent for third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, local operators).
We are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by suppliers or other external factors.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war).
9. Conduct and Compliance
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards other travelers, staff, and local communities. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, illegal, or unsafe, without any refund.
10. Website Usage
All content on www.stuholidays.com is the intellectual property of STU Holidays Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, India].
